Refund Policy

Key point to understand before ordering

Wallet funds are non-refundable to your original payment method. All refunds go back to your Karmflow wallet balance for use on future orders. Orders cannot be cancelled once placed.

No Cancellations

Once an order is submitted and payment is deducted from your wallet, it cannot be cancelled. Our upstream provider begins processing immediately and does not support cancellation requests.

By placing an order you confirm that you have read and accept this limitation.

Automatic Refunds for Provider Failures

Refunds are issued automatically — you do not need to open a ticket for these scenarios:

Provider cancels your order

Full refund of the order charge is credited to your wallet, typically within minutes of the status update.

Partial delivery

If a provider delivers fewer units than ordered and marks it as "Partial," you receive a proportional refund for the undelivered quantity.

What Is Not Refunded

  • Natural count drops after delivery (Reddit's algorithm filtering)
  • Drops occurring after the service's refill guarantee window has expired
  • Orders where the target URL was deleted, made private, or banned after ordering
  • Deposits to your wallet — wallet funds cannot be refunded to source
  • Completed orders where delivery met the ordered quantity

Wallet Balance

Your Karmflow wallet balance does not expire. You can use it for any service order at any time. We do not offer cash-out or withdrawal of wallet funds for any reason.

Disputes

If you believe a refund was not processed correctly, open a support ticket within 14 days of the order's completion with your order ID. We will investigate and respond within 24 hours.

Chargebacks circumvent this process and result in immediate, permanent account suspension and forfeiture of wallet balance.
